Vision & Mission

Over the years we have come to realize how complex getting into shape actually is. Beyond the science of how to become faster, stronger, and be more enduring we know how sleep, hydration, nutrition, stress, mindset, and relationships affect our desired outcomes, to lose some weight or compete at the CrossFit Games. We take an athlete-centric approach to solve this problem for each individual. Our goal is to teach you the why behind our method of training. Build personal progressions in strength, endurance, and bodyweight movements to reach your physical goals while creating space to fix stressors in your life, build better nutrition and sleep habits, all the while creating a great athlete-coach relationship. 

We have always said “anyone can go to the CrossFit games” this is a metaphor that everyone is special and capable of the greatest physical, mental, and emotional expression and we believe we can help you get to that expression whatever that metaphor represents for you.

Eat real food. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics. Bike, run, ski, row, ETC. Go long and short. Have Fun.
